Competition-Level Chassis Performance
The Vanquish Products VRD Mullet Kit is built on a competition-proven platform with the S25 chassis optimized for a unique front F10 straight axle and rear F10 portal axle configuration. Molded chassis components, adjustable multi-point body mounts, and stamped aluminum rock sliders create a tunable and durable foundation for demanding terrain. Minimal front and rear overhang improves clearance, while multiple shock and body mounting points allow precise fitment.
Advanced Drivetrain Design
At the heart of the VRD Mullet Kit is the Carbon Spec VFD Transmission, featuring lightweight machined chromoly gears, aluminum bearing plates, and a 21% internal overdrive. The front F10 straight axle includes underdrive machined ring and pinion gears, while the rear F10 portal axle uses overdrive gears for a final 34% total overdrive. This combination delivers predictable, versatile, and highly competitive crawling performance.
Precision Suspension System
The VRD Mullet Kit comes equipped with Incision S8E shocks featuring hard anodized bodies, multiple rod-end lengths, and a tunable 85–95mm shock range. Stainless steel lower links and lightweight upper links, combined with Incision Pro M4 rod ends, provide durability and maximum articulation. Bent rear lower links enhance breakover clearance, and adjustable shock mounting positions allow full control over ride height and suspension tuning.
Innovative Mullet Design
The VRD Mullet layout provides a lower center of gravity at the front for precise steering while the portal rear axle offers additional clearance to conquer obstacles. Lightweight frame rails, a 6-degree flat skid plate, and a combination of overdrive and underdrive gearing maximize both performance and durability. This cutting-edge mullet setup makes it a standout choice for serious 1/10 competition rock crawlers.
