SX30 High Torque Metal Gear Sub Micro Servo from Reefs RC is a purpose-built steering upgrade engineered specifically for the Axial SCX30. Designed as a true drop-in solution, this servo delivers dramatically increased torque and durability over the stock unit. With a machined aluminum case and all-metal geartrain, it also adds valuable low front-end weight to improve balance and stability.

High-Torque Performance with Added Front-End Weight
Producing an impressive 35oz-in of torque at 6V—nearly five times that of the factory SCX30 servo—the SX30 provides precise, powerful steering control in demanding crawling conditions. Its military-grade construction, SMART chip technology, and pulse width modulation control ensure consistent and reliable operation. The increased servo weight improves weight bias on lightweight SCX30 rigs, enhancing traction and control. Multiple servo arm lengths are included, and compatibility with the optional REEFS286 aluminum servo horn allows further customization.
