Advanced Suspension and Steering Geometry
The Vertex-10 features an advanced suspension and steering system designed for smooth articulation and precise control. Air emulsion, oil-filled shocks with X-ring seals deliver consistent damping and durability across rugged terrain. Double CV joints provide ultra-smooth articulation, even at extreme steering angles, ensuring maximum maneuverability in tight spots. Together, these features create a suspension system that balances durability, flexibility, and precision for serious crawling performance.
Durability
The Vertex-10 is built on a low center of gravity carbon chassis with a forward-mounted motor, delivering stability and strength on demanding terrain. Reinforced solid axles with steel internal tube inserts provide exceptional durability, while hypoid-style ring and pinion gears increase ground clearance and allow the axle housing to slide smoothly over obstacles. Splined metal driveshafts ensure a constant, reliable connection, with angled ends designed to clear rocks and uneven terrain. High-clearance rear links, adjustable suspension geometry, and a tilt body mounting system further enhance toughness and performance. Combined, these features create a crawler that's engineered to withstand extreme conditions while maintaining precision and control.
