The DragRace Concepts DragPak Slash Street Eliminator Drag Race Conversion Kit Combo includes the DRC Slider 10" wheelie bar, carbon shock towers, rear shock tower mount and shock mount hardware, to make it easier to convert a 2wd Traxxas Slash chassis into a rear motor no prep dominator.
This lightweight 6oz carbon fiber chassis was developed for the racer that will not be satisfied with a typical Slash drag chassis conversion. Using a combination of precision machined aluminum and carbon fiber, the DragPak system dramatically reduces weight compared to the factory plastic chassis, while the design creates a stiff and rigid platform that is perfect for high powered drag setups. The mid motor configuration flips the position of the standard transmission and puts the motor in front of the rear shock tower. This moves the weight closer to the centerline and provides a more centralized weight balance. Plus, the stock bell crank steering system has been upgraded with a machined aluminum, dual ball bearing set up for increased control, while remaining compatible with the stock steering linkage.
